Occupational burnout has become an epidemic in the workplace.

Occupational stress and burnout cost companies millions of dollars each year. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), burnout is a syndrome that results from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. These conditions often lead to decreased work performance, increased absenteeism, and ultimately costs employers millions of dollars each year in decreased productivity and stress-related healthcare costs.

Boykin Consulting, LLC was founded to provide organizations with solutions to address these issues with tools that are interactive, easily accessible, and utilizes workshops, trainings and digital technology to promote employee productivity and retention. We work with your organization to create and develop proven and sustainable solutions that go beyond the band-aid approach to workplace burnout management.
