As social workers, we can easily get caught up in the “crisis” of our clients, being overworked, and the lack of resources to do our job. Add taking care of the children, supporting significant others, and encouraging friends to the mix and you have a perfect recipe for stress, frustration, and a negative attitude. What you need is to add some positivity into your work-life…with music.
Here is a quick and easy playlist of some of my favorite upbeat songs that I listen to in the morning as I get ready to start my workday. I try to enjoy the beat and let the positive words motivate me to crush pessimism and promote positivity throughout my day.
