As summer winds down, it’s easy to feel the heat (especially on the South), as well a sense of unease about our accomplishments and goals for the rest of the year. Social workers, and other mental health professions, may feel that they are not making the impact that they want to with their clients. This can lead to frustration, exhaustion and eventually burnout. When I feel like I am experiencing burnout, I like to listen to my encouraging gospel play list. I wanted to share it with you here.
