I am a social worker by trade and work/life integration strategist by design. After experiencing stress, burnout and frustration following a serious of professional and personal challenges, I realized the importance of work-life integration. Now, I am passionate about empowering women to care for themselves while they are taking care of others.

I earned my Masters in Social Work and PhD in Social Work from Louisiana State University. I am also a licensed clinical social worker with over twenty years of direct practice, organizational and community organizing experiences with a variety of client populations. Since, 2001, I have been assisting professional women manage stress, burnout and compassion fatigue through workshops, and seminars. More recently, I have helped social work students and recent graduates gain clarity on their work goals and develop strategies to live their purpose as professional helpers.
